"Taking space - making space" - with this subtitle the four days' event focussed on the private appropriation of public spaces in the context of the commercialization of the urban space. PRIVATE | PUBLIC asked for the rights of the citizens to their city and for the role and the responsibiltiy that culture plays within this dynamic of going- private. |
